The dining area was clean and well maintained, with parking available and a nice setting for a family meal. Hotel Satkar Restaurant serves only vegetarian food, which I appreciated. Our meal was fresh and tasty, the staff were polite, and service was quick. Good quality at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Room service took far too long to deal with even basic requests, and the staff were unresponsive. The rooms also weren't properly cleaned, and promised amenities were missing or didn't work. At reception, RK Choudhary was especially rude and had no idea how to speak politely to guests. His unprofessional behavior made my stay at Hotel Satkar Chhatral feel very unwelcoming. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone traveling through Gujarat. Other places in Chhatral treat customers with respect, so save your money and stay elsewhere.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the calm atmosphere and good hygiene made the stay relaxing. Hotel Satkar's staff were courteous and helpful, and room service was prompt and reliable. The restaurant's freshly prepared food was delicious and consistent in quality. Both local and standard dishes were satisfying and nicely presented. Good value, with tasty food and dependable service.

The rotis arrived without butter, though there was a cube of it on my Kaju Butter Masala. When I asked about it, staff said butter had already been put on the roti, but it didn't look that way. I hope they address this kind of mismatch so service is more consistent.

We had mushroom masala, biryani, roti, and masala papad. Everything tasted good and was prepared well, and the prices were reasonable.
