Crystal Inn

Basic facilities, poor service, and no hospitality. The basement parking smelled and felt congested, lift buttons didn’t work properly, and reception was often unattended. The promised “welcome drink” was imaginary. The intercom and Wi-Fi didn’t work, and we were given the wrong password. In-house food took 1-2 hours, and staff seemed confused by simple orders. For a multi-night stay, complimentary water was provided only on Day 1 🤦‍♂️. I’ll leave it to bravehearts if they still want to try this place. Not recommended.

The breakfast was super, and the staff were really good, responding quickly to requests. Our room was neat, clean, and had the basic amenities. I booked a family room for four, but the bed was only a little bigger than a single cot and couldn’t sleep two. They did provide an extra bed for all four of us. There’s also a restaurant, though it serves only vegetarian food with limited variety.

The food is great, and the restaurant has offers that start below the usual city prices. There’s a lift and customer parking too. It’s a mid-luxury room and hotel in a populated area with many lodges, though it isn’t as luxurious as crystal inn. I like the place.

We went there for lunch, but the service was awful. There was just one person running around taking orders and serving, and we were told to wait half an hour even though empty tables were sitting uncleared. I definitely wouldn’t go back.
