We arrived late, around 10pm, but the chef was very helpful and still cooked tasty food at closing time. The room was fantastic and clean, and the hotel is kid-friendly and close to the railway station. Room service was great as well. Breakfast was nice, and we could take some for the baby.

The market area is quite far away, though the balcony view makes up for it. I stayed here for two days with my husband, and the staff were polite, attentive, and made things hassle-free. Towels and bedsheets were fresh, spotless white, and the food was delicious. They serve vegetarian meals only, which suits people looking for that. It's an awesome place, worth a try.

Suresh and Abrar in the restaurant were especially supportive, and Ms Surbhi was knowledgeable about sightseeing and what and where to buy. One of my best stay experiences, thanks to the excellent service.

We switched to this hotel after the one we'd booked earlier didn't meet the mark. The staff here were amazingly helpful, the food was excellent, and room service was great. I'd strongly recommend it if you're visiting Chikmagalur and want to stay in the city.
