Moon Mist Resort

We keep returning to Moonmist Homestay, and it still feels like a little paradise. The greenery and mountains make it easy to unwind, and the changing menu brings delicious food with a different taste to every dish. The rooms are cozy too. Nandita and her team make us feel like family whenever we visit. Their smiles, care, and personal touches make each stay memorable. A lovely choice for anyone who enjoys nature, peace, and warm hospitality.

The owners were warm, friendly, and helpful, and their hospitality made us feel at home. We especially enjoyed the home-cooked meals and their attention to detail. Our clean, cozy room and the well-kept property added to a calm, refreshing stay. Moon mist Homestay is set among coffee plantations and greenery, with fresh mountain air. We were there with friends, and had memorable moments sipping coffee with a view and sitting by the campfire in the evening. It was a beautiful place to enjoy nature during our Chikmagalur trip.

Our family group of 10 had a lovely stay. It’s a quiet, secluded spot surrounded by nature, just right for a peaceful break. Nanditha was a warm and helpful host, and the home-style food was delicious and served with care. I’d recommend it for families or anyone after a calm getaway.

Such a peaceful place. You wake to birdsong instead of car horns, and the nighttime bonfire was just right for the weather. The location is wonderful for city people wanting some time in nature. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff very helpful, and everything about the stay felt top-notch.
