The peaceful, green surroundings made it easy to relax, and the cottages had lovely views. At New Nature View Cottages, our room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy, home-like feel. Staff were friendly and ready to help, and the location was close to the main attractions while still quiet after a day of sightseeing. It was good value for money, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Chikmagalur. 🌿✨
The owner and family live nearby and were very friendly, which gave the place a safe, homely feel. It’s a decent budget stay with the basics, including a water heater and parking. There’s food on site with a limited but good menu.
This was not worth the services provided. The only welcoming person at the cottage was our tempo driver, srinivas. The rooms were poor and lacked basic things like mirrors and hangers. The food tasted awful, and the people working there were arrogant and disrespectful.
The room was awful, and the bedsheet they gave us was dirty and had already been used. The food was below average too. I’d avoid this place if you’re hoping for a pleasant stay.
Things were good otherwise, but there was no mirror in the room. The power was out as well. Staff said there was a generator issue, and I couldn’t charge my phone.
