The calm, welcoming feel of Hotel Anmol made it easy to unwind, and my room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after. The team’s warm, attentive hospitality stood out from the moment I arrived. I’d happily come back, whether for work or a holiday, and recommend it for an easy, pleasant stay.
The service was very poor, and the room rate felt much too high. After we changed rooms, the one we got was bigger than the room you had given us before. That wasn't the only issue, though. I found a cockroach on the single bed, and I can post a photo if you want. The wooden table was broken, with nails sticking out, and the rooms weren't up to standard. At this price, anyone could find somewhere better. The staff's behavior was arrogant.
The staff quality was poor, and nobody seemed to care. We were left waiting and struggling for two hours because the hotel couldn't work out which car or which people were ours.
The price is very low, and the place is kept clean. From a back room balcony, the hills open up across a full 180-degree view, which is amazing. I don't think even the pricier hotels nearby offer a view like that. It's also very close to Chintpurni temple, so I'd recommend it.
Management provided poor service.
