When I arrived for my four-night booking at the DC Hotel, they said there were no rooms and sent me across the road to try another hotel. I had already paid the full amount by credit card, and the DC Hotel had emailed me the next day to confirm both the reservation and payment. Showing them that confirmation made no difference. I had to dispute the charge with my card company to recover my money, then find somewhere else to stay at short notice. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL.

The owners came through for us when we needed help. You may not have all the comforts of home here, but the attendants put their whole heart into their work and serve you wholeheartedly. It made for a great stay.

The staff are pleasant, though hot water is really needed during winter.
