The atmosphere was pleasant, and the location made getting around easy. Hotel President had clean, comfortable rooms and polite staff who provided good service. The food was decent too. It worked well for a family stay or a business trip.

Everything about the place felt off, and one staff member made me feel unsafe. After another hotel let me down, I panickily paid for a substandard room here. I wouldn't stay.

Please don't send money to the hotel online. The owner didn't return it easily, and the staff bargained over the room amount: rooms start at 800, but they said 700 for the room and asked me for 100 rs for tea. On a visit last month, I paid online for two days. We checked in, went to the room, and found it poorly kept and not properly maintained. When we checked out after 1 and half our, staff said they couldn't refund me because the amount had gone to the owner's account. The owner wouldn't pick up the phone. They returned the money after two days but deducted the full payment for one day. It was a really disgusting experience, the worst hotel of my life.
