Dirty rooms and a shabby interior at Orange Cafe made for a disappointing stay. The rooms smelled bad, service was poor, and the food was just okay. We booked after seeing the hotel's photos, but don't expect much from pictures on different sites. If you're traveling with kids, I'd choose somewhere else. Staff were courteous and helpful, though it took frequent calls to get the room cleaned. The hotel is a little way from the fort, and without your own vehicle there isn't frequent transport to get there.

Bhupendra Singh, the Front Office Manager, looked after us throughout our two-day stay, from check-in and meals to checkout, and whenever I needed anything. I left a celular battery at the hotel, and he even brought it to the train station. It was the best service I've ever had. The restaurant food was very nice too. I don't enjoy Indian food very much, but they really tried to serve what I wanted. I recommend the hotel.

I wouldn't book here again. The hotel is far from the city and felt like a below-average motel. It didn't even have basic toiletries or water bottles in the room, and when I asked, they kept stalling. Breakfast was okay, but I didn't enjoy the stay.

We were so tired by the time we finally changed rooms that we slept only 3-4 hours and left. We arrived at 10 Pm, and the first room had coackroaches. The next room had a spring board with just a bedsheet over it instead of a mattress. The hotel is in a pathetic, poorly maintained state, nowhere near a 3-star standard, not even a 1 star hotel. Don't be misled by fake reviews, as we were.

The rooms are small but nice, and the hotel is decent. Staff are helpful, though restaurant orders often get misplaced. It's right beside a main road, so regular honking can keep you awake. There aren't any shops nearby either, you'll need to travel 2kms to buy something.
