I booked this for a large event, and all my guests had trouble because of the poor service and staff coordination. It’s managed by an outside vendor, not the owner. They don’t let people check in on time and keep delaying the process while taking extra bookings. Room service was poor too. The staff are the worst.

There doesn’t seem to be a proper washroom, just a shared one. The photo they’ve posted is wrong too.

The hotel is close to the fort and bus stop, and easy to reach. It’s neatly kept, the staff behave well, and the food is quite good. I stayed there and had a great time, everything went smoothly.

We were about 24 people celebrating my sister’s birthday. We hadn’t booked in advance, but they still welcomed us with smiling faces and served us. We really liked the food, and the restaurant interiors were clean.

The inside restaurant has a very nice ambience and service, and the food tastes good. Everything else was good too, from cleanliness and service to the staff’s behavior. It’s beside the ambe market. The hotel has opened recently, but the service already seems quite professional. Definitely worth staying at, or hosting parties or meetings.
