The place itself is good, and the owner was very cooperative. But while we were seated in the dining area waiting for the breakfast we'd ordered, a staff member came over and told us to check out without us having had breakfast. That kind of behavior isn't good.

I've visited this location three times in one year, and this time my whole family came along and enjoyed it a lot. It was so peaceful. Kitchen staff Rajeev and virender were very cooperative, and Mr Shashi (manager) was a lovely, helpful person. Owner Mr Rajesh was kind and familiar too.

The services were poor, and the staff's behavior was pathetic. What made it clearer to me was seeing how the owner treated an animal. A small puppy was sitting in a shed in the dining area, and the owner called staff over. They kicked the dog hard, and it started crying. I said they could quietly take it outside without beating it. I'd urge the owner to show compassion to animals and improve both his own and the staff's behavior and service.

The camp sits in a beautiful natural spot by the holy river, between Kotdwar and Dugadda. The food was awesome, and the hospitality was great. Staff were cooperative, the sales team supportive, and the room clean and comfortable. The charges they provide are negotiable. Such an incredible experience, thank you for the service.
