Please bring identity cards, such as a licence or Aadhaar, for everyone staying at the hotel. They wouldn't allow even my family members without ID. The hospitality was the worst, and I wouldn't recommend this place to families.
The rooms are good and hygienic, but the water supply is contaminated. They also charge extra for drinking water, when it's free in most OYO rooms, isn't it?
Service was slow and poor. Even when we asked for water, it took them a long time to respond. They also tried to pressure us into eating only their mess food. The woman working at reception was very rude.
I'm staying here now and it always feels like home. The food tastes the best, just like home-cooked food, and they take such good care of us. Best hostel ever, with so many facilities 👏👏👏
The room was good, but we didn't get complimentary breakfast. Ice was falling from the AC onto our faces.
