Hotel CAG Pride

The food was fresh, well prepared, and offered a nice variety, and the location made it easy to reach key areas of the city. We booked 2 rooms through Goibibo for a family stay at CAG Pride Hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. Special thanks to Mr. Aruna Giri from House Keeping Dept. I can't find the words to describe his service. He was always available and willing to help us in every situation. His hospitality made the stay comfortable. It was a pleasant and comfortable visit, and I appreciate the staff's professionalism and warm behaviour. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The staff were courteous and attentive, and took care of every need promptly. After a long day, the very comfortable bed made it easy to rest. My room was immaculate, with the amenities thoughtfully provided. A delightful, memorable stay that exceeded expectations.

Breakfast was good, though the variety and quality could be better, and the room interiors didn't quite match the online pictures. We stayed at CAG Pride during New Year's Eve. The welcome that evening was okay, nothing exceptional, but acceptable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the location was convenient, and staff were polite and courteous. We'd specifically requested a king bed room in advance, but were given separate beds instead. It was disappointing that this earlier request wasn't accommodated. An average stay with good basics, though better attention to requests and more realistic room photos would improve things.

The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of delicious choices, although North Indian cuisine wasn't available. During my business trip for an audit, I found this 4-star hotel had a premium atmosphere suited to both work and leisure. The ambience was excellent, with a high-quality Gym and a well-stocked Bar, and the staff were professional and attentive throughout. I stayed in an older Classic Room. It felt dated, and having just one charging port in the whole room was inconvenient. Renovated rooms are available, and I'd recommend booking one for a more modern feel. Despite that issue, I had an amazing experience overall. Great service, a solid fitness center, and a fantastic breakfast made it a top choice for me.
