That night was miserable. The room stayed hot and stuffy because the AC barely worked, and repeated complaints got nowhere. I also walked into a lobby that reeked of cigarette smoke. The room itself was deeply unhygienic, with bed bugs, cockroaches, and other insects, plus stained sheets and a dirty bathroom. I spent the night itching and uncomfortable and couldn't sleep properly. Staff did nothing after I raised the problems. I wouldn't come back, and the stay wasn't worth the money. Management needs to improve hygiene, upkeep, and service.

The area was fairly convenient, rated 4/5. Receiving guests gets 3/5, while customer service is 2/5. Room cleanliness was the weakest point at 1/5.

The owner himself was racist, telling us he didn't want to host foreigners. At check-in, the receptionist said there were no rooms, even though we showed our fully paid reservation. He refused both a room and a refund, then kept claiming there was no booking and effectively called us liars. We were shocked and furious, and threatened to call the police. Only after that did he reluctantly cancel it. Suddenly there was a record of the reservation, despite his earlier insistence that none existed. We felt scammed. The staff seemed dishonest and interested in taking guests' money. Think carefully before booking here.

We stayed at this lodge for seven days, and the cigarette smoke smell throughout the place made it really uncomfortable. The rooms also fell short of what we expected.
