Ikos Serviced Apartment

Our family recently stayed for two days. The apartment was spacious and well maintained, with enough room for 4 or 5 people, and the staff were helpful and supportive. Its location in Peelamedu, Coimbatore is convenient, very near important educational institutions, major medical facilities, and commercial areas.

We stayed as a family of four for two days and found the 2BHK comfortable and good value for money. It's fully furnished, with AC in both bedrooms and kitchen facilities for cooking on an induction stove. They said it's for families only. The apartment is in the heart of the city, off Avinashi road, about 250 meters away. There's a park along one side and a road in front. Car parking is on the roadside but convenient. Shops and hotels are nearby.

The owner said they provide the entire apartment, even when a booking is for one guest, to respect guests' privacy. That's what we got, just the two of us, instead of sharing with strangers. The place was tidy, the service was great, and it's close to fun mall. The tariff is cheaper comparatively. Worth it!

I decided against staying at Ikos because of the manager's rude, disrespectful response. I contacted them to ask about the kitchen because I have special dietary requirements for health reasons. He wouldn't answer my questions, and I didn't feel he understood how serious my health issue was. I had a comfortable stay somewhere else, where I was treated well.
