Good location and decent value for money. The room was clean, though a little small, and I had a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was average, about 3/5.

My stay was a serious disappointment, and I won’t trust Treebo again. I booked through booking.com because the listing said no pre-payment was needed, but afterward I got WhatsApp messages and emails asking for payment in advance. Why advertise it that way if pre-payment is required? The room had small cockroaches and bugs, and there was no hot water in the evening. The listing also promised free WiFi, but I wasn’t given the login details at check-in. The daytime supervisor said my DL would be brought to my room, but it was left carelessly on a rack at reception. When I asked about it, a staff member said he’d handle it later and went off to chat with colleagues. I’m grateful to the daytime receptionist for getting my DL back to me when I asked and apologizing for the staff member’s behavior. Service at night was pathetic. The room phone was noisy, and nobody picked up at reception in the evening. The line kept ringing, and two calls for hot water early in the morning went unanswered too. When I went downstairs, the night supervisor argued that nobody had spoken at the other end. One of the night staff was asleep on the stairs and had to be woken to sort out the hot water. The bathroom was in poor shape as well. The cement plaster between the basin and wall was half worn away, the bin had cockroaches in it, and there was no wall holder for the toilet faucet. I won’t add pictures because they’d be disgusting to look at, but I’m willing to post them if Treebo wants them. Dear Treebo, you’ve been sending the same automated reply to many posts for a year. Did you actually do anything to fix this? If you had, I wouldn’t be posting this. Teach staff to respect guests’ time, documents, and money.

The rooms are tiny and the price is very high, so it’s poor value. We booked a double bed listed as queen size, but were given a single bed. When we asked for an extra one, they wanted another 500rs. The reception person had a bad attitude, and the management and service were awful. There are plenty of hotels nearby. Don’t book here, it’s the worst hotel ever.

The complimentary breakfast was awful. The room itself was neat but compact, and the best thing is how close it is to gandhipuram bus stand.
