The location in Tatabad was one of the few good points: it's central, well connected by public transport, and close to eateries and popular local spots, so getting around Coimbatore was convenient. The price was around ₹600 a night, which may sound budget friendly, but I've stayed in hostels with better cleanliness, friendlier staff, and a more secure environment. I booked a 6-bed mixed dorm, and it was cramped. Ceiling fans were dangerously low near the upper bunks, making it easy to bump your head, and some beds had no charging ports. There was a large TV in the common area and a rooftop terrace for sitting and eating, but no plates or basic utensils. Alcohol and smoking were officially forbidden, yet I saw a few guests drinking in the lobby or terrace at midnight, and the rules seemed poorly enforced, which raised safety concerns. The bathrooms were basic, with no hot water, soap, body wash, or buckets. About four toilets were shared across all dorms, which became inconvenient at busy times. Management and handling of the crowd were disappointing too. One evening after dinner, I found guests who hadn't booked the beds occupying mine and the surrounding beds. A dorm neighbor had already told staff and left out of frustration because those guests were rude and aggressive. Staff didn't act promptly or effectively, and the place felt unwelcoming and badly managed.

Each time I've visited cbe, my stays here have been peaceful and happy. The amenities, cleanliness, safety, toilet, bed, and sleep ambience are much better, and the price is worth it. Mr.Senthil was friendly and helpful.

It was easy to get to nearby attractions from this convenient location. The staff were polite and very helpful with local places and travel plans, and the lively, safe atmosphere made it easy to meet people from different places. Rooms and common areas were clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up for relaxing or socializing. A comfortable, fun stay with memorable moments, suited to solo travellers and groups.

A handy choice for a last-minute plan, with easy access, safe parking for two wheelers, and two wheeler rental available. The rooms are clean and have bunk beds, though they aren't spacious. That's not a concern for backpackers, but there weren't enough washrooms.
