We had a relaxing stay in a pleasant atmosphere, with clean, comfortable rooms that were well looked after. The location made nearby places easy to reach, and staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly and service was quick. Great value for money, and I’d recommend it to families, couples, or business travelers. Will visit again!

I stayed yesterday at Nahar Manchester Hotel, Gandhipark, Coimbatore, after booking through MakeMyTrip. It was frustrating and deeply disappointing. Hospitality and customer service were lacking, and staff were arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they imposed unwanted rules that made the stay stressful. Room service was slow, careless, and very poor. They say hot water is available, but it didn’t work at all. I reported it and got no proper response or effort to fix it. I generally consider MakeMyTrip a genuine, reliable platform, but listing and promoting a property like this hurts customer trust. The advertised facilities felt misleading, service was poor, and treatment was disrespectful. It wasn’t worth the money, and I regret booking. I’d strongly advise others to avoid it if they expect basic comfort, courtesy, and professionalism.

The restaurant food was awesome, and the rooms are small but cozy for a couple. It’s budget friendly too. I didn’t expect much after seeing the Google reviews, but from my own experience, if you’re visiting Coimbatore, the price and food make this a good enough stay.

The room was so small and didn’t feel worth the price. I booked an AC room, but the AC didn’t work all night. In summer, that left me really dissatisfied.
