The staff were polite, and even the owner was down to earth. I had a wonderful time at Hotel Royal palace. Whenever I'm in coochbehar, I pick Royal palace as my favourite. It's a luxurious hotel, and I'd recommend giving it a try when you're in town.

We stayed here recently. The staff were helpful and good to deal with, the rooms were good, and the location worked really well.

The food was awesome, and I loved the ambience. With a great location too, this is the best hotel in coochbehar.

The food at Olive was a highlight, with a good range of cuisines, and the pool and kids' play area gave both adults and children something to enjoy. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had modern amenities. Gulmohar Royals offers a luxurious stay in Cooch Behar, with a peaceful setting a little outside the city centre. Service efficiency and breakfast variety could be better, though.

On my last visit, the air-conditioning had some technical problems. Mrs Lina, the customer Service Manager, helped us by moving me and my guests to an upgraded room at no extra charge. The staff were friendly and polite, the food was the best in coochbehar, and the ambience was really good. It's an awesome property, and we'll visit again. Thanks for the service.
