Ayana bliss resort

We especially appreciated how clean and roomy the rooms were, which made things comfortable for both the kids and elders in our family. The property is surrounded by greenery and has a peaceful feel, a nice break from the city rush. Staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed them. Ooty's scenery, fresh air, and views are right there around the property.

Being a little outside central Ooty worked in its favor, with a quiet setting away from the city's hassles. We found it affordable and good value, and the food was hearty, with the chefs doing a great job. Room service could've been better, though that didn't spoil the stay for us. We were happy overall, and it's a good family spot. I'd give it 4.3/5.

We came as a family group, and the poor management was apparent throughout. Only two inexperienced staff were looking after a large group, and the owner couldn't be reached despite repeated requests. The rooms were dirty, water and towels were missing, bathroom facilities weren't working properly, and a door handle came off when we tried to open one room. Dinner arrived around midnight and was incomplete. The dining area hadn't been cleaned, attracting cats and leaving an unhygienic setting. The barbecue was badly arranged and the food was poor; several family members became sick afterward. A very disappointing stay at Kalanja Greens Resort, with poor service and hygiene. Not recommended.

Getting to other places was easy since the resort is right off the main road. The natural scenery looks wonderful from there, and the night views are fantastic. We enjoyed the campfire, and there was drizzling every day. The food was fresh, tasty, and hygienic. They're also adding new amenities from time to time.
