The room was king-sized but had no fan. To get cool air, we had to open the windows, but then mosquitoes kept us from sleeping. I told the owner, and his reply drove me crazy: he said there were no mosquitoes there. They had said breakfast would be available, but the caretaker told us the next morning it hadn’t come that day. The booking site pictures looked completely different from the actual place. This was the worst stay of my life. I’d tell everyone not to stay there or be fooled by the photos.

We arrived at 9:00 PM, nine hours after our scheduled check-in, and the room was still dirty from the previous guests. We waited another hour for basic cleaning. The host was remarkably rude and made us very uncomfortable, and listed essentials like toiletries weren’t provided. It was an incredibly stressful stay, and the host’s attitude made it impossible to feel safe or welcome. Avoid this place.

Mr. Jagadish was extremely helpful and supportive, and his assistance made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The room service was prompt and efficient throughout. Our stay at BVK Mount House was very pleasant, with cozy, well-maintained rooms and an excellent, convenient location that made it easy to get around. Highly recommended.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was handy for major attractions. Great value for money, and I’d happily stay again.
