Ibex Resorts, Coonoor (Leewood)

The mattress in our Oxford room was a real problem for me and my elders. It was a spring mattress, I couldn't sleep for many nights, and I had bad body pain over the next two days. The room was a little apart from the others, and light kept coming in from outside through its half-glass, half-wood door. I found it really hard to sleep in that lit-up room. We couldn't manage five sleepless nights with that mattress, so we gave Reshma our feedback. She took our suggestions positively and said she'd work on these issues. Everything else was very good, and I was sad to leave. I'd come back for the food, service, and location, and recommend the place to anyone looking for somewhere offbeat and away from the Main Road. It's a gorgeous little property tucked into the Coonoor hills, with tea estates and small hills all around. A lovely Jacranda tree with purple flowers made a purple banket on the grass. My four-year-old daughter loved dancing and playing under it, and the setting was a relaxing one for families, kids, and older people. My aunts and uncles loved it too. Service was on a par with a five-star hotel, with a kind, caring, responsive team. Ganesh, Prakash, Manju, Kumar, Sunil, and Reshma all looked after details for my daughter and the elders. The home-cooked meals were yummy and scrumptious, and we didn't feel we were missing home.

We had a comfortable, memorable family visit at Ibex Leewood, Coonoor. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food delicious, and the peaceful surroundings and resort ambiance made it a relaxing getaway. The property was beautifully maintained and the hospitality was excellent. Prakash and Reshma gave us a warm welcome and kept supporting us throughout. Kumar, Ajith, and Manju were friendly, prompt, and helpful whenever we needed them. Every staff member helped make our stay smooth. Highly recommend it for families and anyone after a peaceful stay in nature. We hope to visit again.

The meals were fresh, thoughtfully prepared, beautifully served, and very reasonable in price. The chef deserves a special mention, and the whole staff were polite, helpful, professional, and quick to respond with a smile. Every request was handled smoothly, and they made us feel welcome throughout. The rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable, while the whole resort was well maintained and calm. It's a beautiful place to relax and make memories. We'd highly recommend Ibex resorts Leewood for a peaceful stay, and can't wait to visit again.

I'm writing this as I wait in the lobby for my vacation at Ibex Leewood to end. Staying, dining, and relaxing here has been an amazing experience, with spectacular views of the Nilgiris and the adjacent Tea Estate. Huge thanks to the staff who made it possible, especially Ms. Rashmi at the front desk and caretakers Nandagopal and Manju. They're a real asset. A special shout out to Vasanth, the star chef. He served delicious lunch, dinner, and breakfast. We also asked for extra food beyond what we'd pre-ordered, and he worked his magic quickly, with amazing taste.
