The staff were always happy to assist, and I was very pleased with the service. They even went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item. They also did an amazing birthday decoration in my room. I'd recommend this hotel for its clean, spacious, well-organised rooms and helpful staff.

The food was really delicious, and the rooms were clean with nice interiors. The owner and staff were welcoming and polite. They're open to requests and handle them quickly, to the best of their ability. The hotel is just outside the vicinity of the golden temple, which is easy to reach on foot.

The rooms were beautiful, and every promised amenity was there. The owner deserves special thanks. The hospitality made it clear that customer satisfaction has been their top priority for a long time. They contacted me about everything I might need during my trip and worked around my timing preferences. Check-in and check-out were smooth too. Really professional. I'll definitely visit again 😎

We had to keep calling for room service, and the staff member they had appointed was rude and showed no respect toward guests. There was dirt and a spider web on the room ceilings, and the Wi-Fi password they gave us didn't work. The rooms were okay, but much too small, and they didn't provide toiletries. There was no parking at the hotel. They claimed parking was available, then had us leave the car far away, where it didn't feel safe. We even suspect our petrol was stolen. They don't cook food in their own kitchen, but order it from other outlets and serve it to guests. If you order through Zomato or Swiggy, they won't provide utensils. They also called us late at night, the night before checkout, asking us to pay for food we'd ordered on the first day. We were charged INR 900 for pathetic food for 2 people. We booked through OYO, but the owner called and asked us to cancel the app booking and book directly with him instead. This was a genuine review based on my own experience staying there. It makes us sad that people take advantage of guests with such pathetic, ridiculous practices in a Holy City like Amritsar. Please don't trust the other Google reviews, I believe they were fake based on my experience.
