Ginger Hotel Lucknow

The staff took good care of my belongings and made sure they were returned safely, which I really appreciated. Abhishek ji deserves special thanks for coordinating so well and helping promptly. His professionalism made a pleasant stay even more comfortable. Great hospitality overall, and I'd recommend the hotel.

The only bright spot was the front restaurant team, especially Aditya, who paid attention to guests and seemed to care. The check-in was chaotic, and staff at the counter seemed more focused on venting to each other than helping people. The rooms are very small and lack basic modern amenities I'd expect from a hotel like Ginger. I was shocked they still provide SOAP BARS for hand washing and showering. I wouldn't recommend Ginger Lucknow.

The whole stay was frustrating from the beginning, and the staff's extremely rude, dismissive manner ruined it. They showed no concern or basic hospitality, and made no effort to resolve the issue. At booking, early check-in was clearly listed as complimentary, but the property flatly refused it without a proper explanation or trying to accommodate me. That felt misleading and unprofessional. If respectful service and transparency matter to you, avoid this place. It wasn't worth the trouble, and I wouldn't recommend booking here.

The room smelled foul the whole time, with damaged, poorly painted walls that made it look neglected and shabby. It was cramped, uncomfortable, and badly maintained, and there was no proper way to lock the bathroom door. We left within an hour of arriving because of these problems. This was far below what I expected, and based on my experience I wouldn't recommend Ginger Lucknow.
