The rooms look good inside, though the floor was sticky and the bathroom bucket hadn't been cleaned. We also heard noise from neighboring rooms often, and there were mosquitoes and a power cut. The receptionist wasn't rude, but didn't greet us warmly or respond properly. His limited English didn't help. It's a decent place to stay, but there's plenty they could improve, like cleaner rooms, better food, tea bags and other items, and brochures for nearby tourist spots and agencies.

If you're looking for somewhere quiet and inexpensive, this could work. The rooms are comfortable and good for the price, but the hotel is nearly 500 m from the main road, and the road there isn't in good condition. Food costs a bit much for the hotel's standard, and there aren't many choices. Service was just okay, and the food service could be better. Every room has a TV, but ours didn't work. We asked several times, and they still didn't fix it.

We booked 12 rooms on 24 Nov 2025. Some food our guests ordered was charged to me, then the guests were charged again when they checked out. We contacted the hotel about a refund, but they kept sending us from one person to another and still haven't returned my money. The staff were very rude. This hotel is completely fraudulent and charges customers twice. Don't go there. Please refund me and share a mobile number I can reach, instead of sending a general reply or fooling us.

I had a two-night reservation through Booking.com, and the email said payment was due at the property when I checked in. Before I arrived, someone from the hotel sent me a payment link and insisted I pay immediately. They said they'd cancel my booking if I didn't pay before check-in, even though that wasn't what the booking information said. It's unfair to do this to someone traveling from another state. I don't recommend this hotel. Don't pay before you check in and see the rooms.
