Hotel Sadhana Executive

At checkout, nobody helped with our bags either. At check-in, we had to carry them ourselves from the gate to reception because nobody was there to assist. We were paying premium rates, including the long-weekend increase, which is why I’m writing this review in case management doesn’t know what’s happening. They made us wait until 2 p.m. because, the receptionist said, the previous guest hadn’t left on time. I asked whether we’d be allowed the same kind of delay, and he said we’d be charged extra. I wasn’t planning to delay checkout, just asking, and that felt unfair. He also tried to charge extra for our child based on what his system showed. We showed our Cleartrip booking details, which didn’t support the extra charge. Please speak politely, even when the mistake is on your side. I posted this review at check-in. The receptionist asked why I’d written it. I asked if he’d read it, and when he said yes, I didn’t give further details because the review already summed it up. Later, I read the hotel’s reply. Is Cleartrip not legitimate? If you don’t want people booking through it, remove your listing. I didn’t mention before that the receptionist tried to enter our room without knocking, even though we hadn’t called anyone. We assumed it was a mistake and let it go.

The staff made our anniversary feel special by helping me arrange a surprise candlelight dinner for my wife. They were polite, supportive, and ready to help throughout. We spent two days at Hotel Sadhana, Dapoli, and had a very comfortable stay. It’s quiet and peaceful, around 10-15 minutes from the beach. A calm spot with good service and a handy location for a relaxing getaway.

The executive room was huge, with AC and a balcony. The room, bathroom, bedsheet, towel, and pool were clean, and the service and food were good. Plates and utensils were clean too, and there’s a huge garden. I didn’t like Dapoli as a tourist destination because of the road conditions and attractions, though it is a quiet place to relax. Internet was an issue: the hotel Wi-Fi didn’t work, and mobile internet wouldn’t connect either.

Food was decent, and the breakfast was okay too, with some items made fresh and served hot. The rooms were clean and a decent size, and the service was very good. Every staff member we met was soft-spoken and respectful. We stayed for two nights. Try their Butter Chicken: half a portion was more than enough for the two of us, both in quantity and quality.
