Their home-cooked meals, made with fresh ingredients, are on another level. I can't stop drooling over them, and you could gain 3-4kgs! The view of the toy-train passing by is the cherry on top. The owners are so soft-spoken and extremely helpful, keeping a close eye on guests' comfort. They provide some services that other hotels charge for without asking anything, and help guests with problems during their stay.
The manager was so bad, don't book this hotel. I stayed 3 night, so I know what it's like. The TV didn't work, the water heater didn't work, and the bathroom was unclean. The staff were so bad.
The service is so good, and the staff are responsible. The owner is very friendly. This is the best hotel in batasia loop, amazing.
