The restaurant and the well-kept property were highlights for us. We found the meals tasty, the staff courteous and prompt, and the rooms comfortable and cozy, with beautiful mountain views. A good hotel choice in Darjeeling, with attentive service and clean, well-maintained rooms.
10/10
The staff and owner were so kind and polite. We had a great stay, and our room was clean and well maintained. The balcony had a beautiful view of the scenery.
2/10
The washrooms were dirty, the room smelled like a dead rat, and there were cigarettes around. The receptionist was extremely rude. I stayed two nights and wanted to leave every second. It was the worst hotel experience of my life. I ask people to boycott this hotel until they improve it.
10/10
The restaurant meals were delicious, and the spacious rooms had lovely views of Kanchenjunga. Staff were friendly, service was efficient, and the hotel was kept neat throughout. I had a great time in Darjeeling and highly recommend it.
2/10
The owner was the worst person ever and tried to misguide us into skipping Tiger Hill. Staff behavior was very rude throughout. The water they gave us to drink had dirt particles in it, and the hotel's washroom was broken. As a visitor, this was a terrible experience.
