The helpful staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the restaurant food was good at reasonable prices. The bed was clean, and they gave us an extra blanket free of charge. It's a good value budget hotel in a convenient spot near the mall, just a short uphill walk of a few metres to the entrance. The decor is nice and the toilet was clean, though it could use some improvement. If you're looking for an affordable place near the mall, this is a good option.

The owner's warm welcome made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. We loved the hotel's atmosphere, and the hallway to our room was especially pretty. The room itself was awesome, nicely decorated and well maintained. It's close to mall road, and we'd love to stay here again whenever we're in Darjeeling.

The location near mall road and the staff's behaviour are the only reasons for the three stars. The hotel staff were friendly, and the sightseeing driver was amazing, but our room was very dirty and small, with nowhere to put our belongings properly. The bathroom wasn't clean either. Go here only if staying near mall road is what you want, and make sure the room is cleaned properly before you move in.

The staff are very friendly and courteous, and the price is decent for a hotel so close to mall road. The downside is that every room faces a wall, so there's no view. Ground floor rooms feel quite damp and aren't recommended. Food choices are limited, and the food is just standard, not very tasty. I'd suggest this place for younger groups wanting to stay near the Darjeeling mall, rather than older people planning to spend longer stretches indoors.

The manager was really sweet and helped us a lot throughout the stay. Rooms are comfy and have a great look, with dim lighting that makes them feel cozier. They also provide a geyser and electric kettle. The downside is that the windows look onto other buildings and get no outside light. The terrace is amazing, though, and you can have a barbecue there. It's close to chowrasta/ Mall road, and room heaters or blowers are available for an extra charge.
