The Revett

The staff made a real difference for us. They were professional and friendly, and even helped carry our luggage all the way to the parking area. The room was cozy and well kept, with thoughtful extras like a full dental kit and welcome tea. The washroom was clean, with a geyser for hot water and a hair dryer. The Revett is on Jawahar Road, an easy, pleasant walk from Mall Road, but away from the busy market noise. I also liked the welcoming reception, where guests can help themselves to iced tea and Mentos. The decor and hospitality made this a comfortable stay.

The manager was especially kind and genuine, and went out of his way to help. The staff were polite throughout, and they can arrange sightseeing cabs at very reasonable prices, which made planning around Darjeeling easier. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the place felt welcoming. The Revett is budget friendly, with private rooms and dorms with bunk beds, so it can suit solo travelers, backpackers, groups, and couples. I had a pleasant stay.

Mr. Nikhil and Mr. Aryan sang a lovely song for us, which made the evening extra memorable. Manager Mr. Ashis, Mr. Nikhil, Mr. Alam, and Mr. Aryan were all warm, attentive, and professional, and their care made our stay comfortable. I was really happy with the hospitality at Revett Hotel, Darjeeling, and would recommend it for a pleasant visit.
