The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. A few basics fell short: only free-to-air TV channels were connected, towels were available only on request, and the hotel had no extra mattress for the three-person booking. They did provide one late at night. The hotel also said OYO had discontinued the OYO kit, so they didn't provide it. Still, it's a nice hotel overall.

I enjoyed my stay overall, and the room was clean, spacious, and good. Hot water took at least 15 minutes to heat, and there was no shower. The tap had very low water flow. There was no bathing kit or body wash, just hand wash. Bringing food in was also disappointing: they wouldn't provide plates or bowls, and after several requests we got one plate. Still, I'd recommend it.

We were in town for a family wedding at the green majestic, and had a nice experience overall. The location was the one downside.

From the outside, the hotel looked good, but once we got in, it was clear that many facilities were missing. I booked through goibibo and was given room 205, a Super Deluxe room. The door knob didn't work properly, and the mattress, sofa, TV screens, and mirror were dirty. We weren't given towels at first; after asking, they supplied just one for the three of us. There was no soap or shampoo, which I expected in a Super Deluxe room. The lights also malfunctioned, and water leaked from the main tap. I suggest choosing another hotel.
