The television never worked during our two nights there, even after we complained more than once, and nobody tried to fix it or offer another option. The sheets were dirty when we arrived, the room needed maintenance, and insects were tucked behind the curtains. The service felt disorganized from check-in onward. Staff seemed unsure what to do and blamed one another instead of sorting things out. Dealing with the managers and sales team, especially Himanshu, was frustrating too. We had been asked to pay in advance before reaching Mussoorie, which now feels like a way of committing guests before they see the property's condition. My stay at Seven Oaks, Mussoorie by Perfect Stayz was one of my worst. I wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free visit.

Getting to this hotel is a struggle unless you have your own vehicle. It's a long way from Mall Road, and with luggage you may have to walk about 1.5 km. When I checked in there was no soap or shampoo, the TV didn't work, and there was no water. A terrible experience in Mussoorie, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The food was costly and took at least an hour to arrive. The room itself was average, with a broken kettle, dead intercom, no network, weak WiFi, and no toiletries. On the -2 floor it felt like a freezing bunker, with no ventilation. Getting there also takes some planning. You can only reach the hotel via Mall Road, where taxis and commercial two-wheelers aren't allowed. Those vehicles stop at Picture Palace or Library Chowk. Hotel pickup and drop-off is available only from 10 AM to 8 PM, and even a request made ahead of time may not get help. We had to walk more than 1 km uphill with luggage.

We found the hotel very affordable, and the staff were friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Its location was just right for enjoying Mussoorie's quiet and peaceful side. I'd recommend it.
