Having kitchen access to prepare baby food was a big help, and the peaceful setting meant my baby slept well the whole stay. The room was clean, maintained well, and had all the essentials. Staff were polite, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable. The food was tasty and fresh, too. It was an easy, pleasant stay, and we’d definitely come again.

The staff made a great first impression, especially the friendly and helpful receptionist. The hotel was clean, stylish, and roomy, and the service was excellent. I was very happy with my stay and hope to come back for longer next time. The location and surrounding atmosphere were lovely too.

We booked on a weekday in the off season and got a very good deal. The staff said they don’t take online bookings and aren’t listed on most booking sites. The property is right beside the Library on the main Mall Road, with plenty of parking and a separate dorm for drivers. Most rooms are clean and have excellent views of the Valley and Dehradun. Staff were polite and friendly, the food and in-room dining were excellent, and electric geysers in every room meant no hot water issues. The gate opens onto Mall Road, near the main taxi stand by the Library. Overall, a pretty good experience.

The room had a very good view, and Mall Road is only a few metres away for shopping, food, and fun. But there was a bad smell of cigarettes, and smoking in the rooms and bathrooms seemed to be going on all the time. Waiters also kept entering the room again and again without permission. It’s one of the best locations to stay, but those issues bothered us.
