The rooms were spacious, the food was good, and the service was really good. The hotel is right by Picture Palace, which made the location perfect. On our last day I left my tripod in the room, and a staff member brought it back to me on a scooty. Thank you for that 😊. Recommended.

The staff are polite and accommodating, and both the food and the view are nice. Just be aware that cabs can’t reach the hotel entrance. You’ll need to walk downhill with your bags unless you use a porter. I’d suggest taking one if you have a lot of luggage.

A very ordinary stay. The lift is old and seems to stop working most of the time, there’s no balcony or anything for kids, and the food quality isn’t that great. The staff seem only partly trained, though service is fast. Driving a new car here feels risky.

We had a great two-day stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and just right, and all the staff were courteous and lovely. The people serving food paid close attention to what we liked and didn’t like. You’re right at the mall, though the hotel is a little downhill. We’d visit again!
