I rented two 125 cc scuties from them, and both were in terrible condition. They may tell you everything is fine and the vehicles are like new, but you only find out the real state when you inspect and ride them. They might not start, and can be scratched all over or broken. One had a stand problem that we noticed while two people were sitting on it. Even after we replaced that, both scuties had self-start issues, which we ran into in the worst possible situation, downhill in traffic. When we tried to report the problems, they barely listened. They charge the highest market price without matching it to the condition of their vehicles. It would be better to pay an extra 100 200 and rent a better scuty from somewhere nearby.

I started out in Room No. 223 for ₹1,200. It was decent and seemed fairly priced. But the next day, when I went to top up, the staff suddenly said it had already been booked online and I had to move. They told me just as I was about to leave for George Everest, wasting my time and wrecking my plan. I asked them to move the online guest instead, but they refused outright. The replacement was much worse: a smaller room and washroom, no table, and no bed light. At night I found one side of the room was open. They said they had “stuck newspaper on the grill,” and it made loud noise continuously through the night. Nearby, a travelling group laughed and shouted all night too, and there was no soundproofing. The room was extremely cold and uncomfortable. This showed no planning or professionalism, and no respect for guests’ time or comfort. Should guests have to keep changing rooms every time there’s an online booking? Absolutely nonsense management. If you stay more than one day, be prepared to be moved around like luggage. Not recommended at all. Avoid it if you value peace, safety, and basic hospitality.

The staff were nice and the food tasted good. I’m Sushil, and I recently stayed at hotel grand. It’s in a great spot, within walking distance of the main attractions, so exploring the city was easy.

Such a good experience. The staff were kind, and the washrooms were super clean. The food was amazing and delicious too. I’ll definitely come back.
