The view from the room was very attractive, the service was fast and good, and the people were helpful. At the end of the trip, they even dropped us at Mall Road. The one thing they need to improve is communication about what's included. We'd booked a room with breakfast and had spoken with Mr Shivang. He said it wasn't a buffet these days, but that we could order as much as we wanted from the breakfast menu. When I checked with reception that evening, the person there said we could choose only a few items and place our order once, with no additional orders. I explained we'd order according to our appetite and ask for more if needed, but they still said no. The next morning, the chef said that if we ordered poori bhaji, we couldn't also have paratha. There were four of us, and some wanted poori bhaji while others wanted paratha. He refused and removed items from the order. I called Shivang, and after that they served those items. This is detailed feedback, not meant badly. Everything else was very good.

I spent three days here with two friends, and it was one of my best stays. The atmosphere was great, things were well managed, and we felt comfortable throughout. The staff were especially polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay, with an excellent mountain view and tasty, hygienic food. The staff were very polite and the hospitality was excellent. Mall Road is conveniently close too. A perfect experience, and well worth five stars.

The peaceful surroundings and homely feel made it easy to relax at Hotel Wood View, Mussoorie. It's budget-friendly while still feeling good quality, and I felt safe and secure there, especially as a girl. The staff are friendly, the service is excellent, and the pleasant ambience made us feel at home. They even have a cart to take you from the hotel to mall road. Lovely experience ❤️

Wood View was a brilliant stay, and I'd definitely come back. The staff and Manager Ramlal ji gave outstanding service. The surroundings were beautiful, and Mall Road was about five minutes away on foot. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice, and the food was good value for money. I had an absolutely amazing time and couldn't fault the place.
