A great venue for small functions, from birthday celebrations and engagement ceremonies to wedding anniversaries. I attended my niece's first birthday celebration here on 10th of January 2026. It's near Uttarakhand Information Commission, RTI Bhawan, Mussoorie Bypass Ring Road Ladpur, Dehradun, 248008,India.

The hotel is nice, but the service could improve. They should make the charges clear to everyone. The amount shown online is different from what the person at reception asks for when you arrive, and that can bother people at the end. This shouldn't happen at a big hotel.

Breakfast doesn't have many options. On the plus side, the location is good, it's value for money, and the staff are quite supportive.

Mr Manoj at reception is extremely rude, and the staff aren't cooperative. I don't recommend this hotel.

At my cocktail party, the snack service was very poor. I sat for 20 minutes without seeing a server, and calling them to ask for snacks got no response. I called the GM too, but nothing changed. The snacks arrived an hour late, by which time it was dance time and we couldn't eat. Half my friends were bored. Timing is what matters.
