OYO 4451 Hotel Super Mall Residency

The room had fungus on the bed and in the washroom, and there was no cleaning staff for the washrooms. Before booking, they said they would provide toilet paper and bedsheets, but once we got into the room those things had vanished. At first the staff seemed to agree to everything. I booked two nights and wrote a two-day stay in their booklet; the manager said the rooms were available. The next morning, he asked me to move out of the room I’d booked, saying they had forgotten that another family had booked it a month earlier. I refused because my booking was for two days. The manager and staff then argued with me and rudely told me to get lost, even though it was their mistake. I asked the person who was meant to move into the same room, and he said he was paying 500 extra for it. That seemed to be why they were doing this to me. It was a very bad experience. They chased after you until you came in and booked, but after one night they could ask you to leave if another customer offered ₹400 to 500 more.

I booked through Agoda, but they denied my booking. The manager was very rude and misbehaved with me. They were completely irresponsible with their customers. Please don’t book this hotel.

Mr Vimal, the property manager, was polite and cooperative while I was there. My experience overall was very satisfactory.

The rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff were good and behaved well. Hotel manager Uday joshi was especially helpful.
