I paid for seven days but left after six because the room was never cleaned. The bathroom smells of stagnant water all the time, the mirrors are fogged up, and the toilet flush button is stuck to the toilet. It hasn’t been cleaned since the place opened. During my six nights there, they never changed the sheets. When I finally got the room back, they were stained and torn. If you want to be itchy all night, sleep there.

The rooms are very dirty, and the water heater doesn’t work. The rooms and food are dirty, and the staff always demand extra charges.

There’s no lift, the charges are too high for the stay, and the behaviour of one arrogant woman on staff was disgraceful. I believe the staff consider themselves there only to serve foreign nationals. When I asked to use a restroom, which I understand is a basic facility hotels must provide visitors under Delhi government rules, they refused. Refer to Section 20 of the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954, which mandates clean and accessible sanitation facilities for employees and visitors at commercial establishments.

The location is the only good part. Some staff behaved poorly, and the manager at the front desk didn’t know how to treat customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place for girls. It costs more than other hotels, and at check-in they said not to worry, they’d manage the charges, but at checkout they asked for the same amount. A waste of money and a very bad experience.
