I’m sharing this because the hotel told the app I didn’t show up, even though I have a video showing I was there. I booked a room for an upcoming exam and called on arrival day to ask whether I needed to pay anything in advance. Staff said I didn’t. When I arrived, they refused to give me a room, claiming everything was booked. I believe they were instead offering rooms at twice the booking price because demand was high. There was no cooperation, and the hotel isn’t good enough to justify staying there. It was only in demand because of exams. If you need somewhere nearby, book City Park Resort, which costs a little more, and you’ll see the difference. One star because that’s the minimum. Someone should take legal action against them. The hypocrisy is unbelievable.

I cancelled after reading the reviews, which said they may refuse online check-ins at the last minute if they can get more money offline. Before that, I’d tried several times to confirm my booking, but each time they said, “We’ll call you and let you know.” They never did.

It was very expensive, but they didn’t provide the basics they had promised. I paid for an extra-large bed and didn’t get one, and there wasn’t even a geyser. The water was so hard and salty that it seemed enough to damage your skin, hair, and health.
