Based on my stay, it’s about 3 km from the nearest Metro station. The main problems were hygiene and management. In all three rooms we booked, the bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels had dry patches and didn’t seem properly cleaned. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned well either. Mosquitoes were everywhere, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, and lift. They provided a Good Night machine, but it didn’t work, with no fragrance coming from it, as if the refill bottle had just been filled with water. There’s no kitchen at the hotel and no food place nearby, so we had to figure out meals each time. Food could be ordered through an outside tie-up, but it was quite costly. At night, other customers made a lot of noise, partying and playing music past 10 or 11 PM and into midnight. We couldn’t sleep, and even after repeated complaints it kept going. The hotel seemed to have no policy to prevent this, though rooms are for people to rest, not party.

We booked the hotel for five days for a marriage function, and the service and staff were ridiculous. There was no cooperation, even when we offered to pay for things. They wouldn’t serve what we asked for after payment, then said at the last minute that it wasn’t available. Several items were stolen from the hotel by the staff themselves. Staff also deliberately switched off the ACs in the buffet and function areas, and their behavior was inappropriate. Don’t book here if you want to avoid spoiling your mood or function.

For a group of 4-5 families, the option to book a whole floor is useful. Each floor has six rooms with separate keys, plus another key to lock the entire floor. But cleanliness wasn’t good, and there were lots of mosquitoes, which made us worry about dengue. We had to arrange three mosquito sprays for six rooms and spray before and after coming back.

The rooms are good to stay in, and the hotel itself is decent. But the kitchen was closed for two full days, so we had to order from swiggy. The food is expensive and only average, and breakfast costs 250/person. The bread omelette was poor and the poha tasted awful. I’d avoid ordering food or buying a mineral water bottle from the hotel.

It’s a newly renovated hotel in paschim vihar, New Delhi, with convenient transport options and very affordable prices. The restaurant serves amazing veg and non veg food, and you can get it through room service or eat in the dining area.
