Jai Palace by OYO Rooms

The manager changed my room after I asked a couple of times, and the new one was quite good. Before that, the washroom water supply was poor, and they didn't provide drinking water. Staff were busy playing video games when I asked for help, and there was no courtesy. It's also hard to find the hotel. It's actually inside the Gym, with no proper hotel sign, just a small nameplate-like structure on the side wall. You can't get there conveniently. The stay was pathetic.

Jai Palace OYO is right in the heart of Vapi, close to shopping centers and tourist spots, so it worked well whether you're there for business or pleasure. The breakfast buffet was a treat, and the restaurant served delicious food. I found the rooms spacious and comfortable, with modern, elegant decor. They had free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Housekeeping kept things spotless, room service was prompt, and the staff went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. From the warm welcome at arrival to the good value, it had what I wanted for an enjoyable stay. I'd recommend Jai Palace OYO.

The rooms didn't match what the OYO app showed, and the area was very bad. I booked there through the app, but when I arrived the property said they weren't accepting OYO bookings. They charged me double the rate listed in the app. Hospitality was poor and there was no service. A ridiculous experience, definitely not recommended.

The room doors didn't unlock when the key was inserted, there was no geyser, and water ran short every morning. The rooms were cramped, untidy, and unhygienic, with cigars everywhere. There was no room service and no landline to contact anyone, so I had to call a personal number. They took a huge amount of money for no use. I seriously regret going there. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I wouldn't go back. You'd be better off sleeping outdoors than at so-called Jai Palace. It shouldn't be taking people's money.
