The location worked well, though I noticed several couples checking in, so it may suit them better than someone looking to stay in Delhi. The hotel has also changed its name to Centrum. Our room looked nice at first, but when we lifted the sheet, we found cockroaches on the bed. The bathroom was uncomfortable too: the toilet lid touched my back when I sat down, making it hard to finish.

The room was dirty, with a peeling wall, dirty sheets, a broken landline, and a terrible bathroom. The reception staff were arrogant, and they kept us waiting at the desk and made us feel unwelcome. They also don't accept third-party bookings and charge extra. I wouldn't recommend this for couples or families. At the price, I wouldn't stay here even if it were offered for 500 rupees a night. Go ahead only if you want to waste your time, money, and energy.

The room's bed cushion was poor quality, and there were lots of bag bugs on the bed. I couldn't sleep all night. When I told the staff, they assigned me another room that was the same kind. The room I got was very unhygienic, with so much dust on the fan that it fell when the fan was switched on, and there were no toiletries. The room shown during booking wasn't the one I was given at check-in. I have photos and videos. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this pathetic hotel.

You couldn't lock the bathroom door at all, and the room didn't have decent lighting. All the TV and cable service was cut off. The hotel was pathetic.

I paid almost 2400 rupees for one night, and it wasn't worth it. I left after a few hours because the place was so shitty. The room and washroom were dirty, cockroaches were everywhere, and there was no towel, tissue, or any kind of service. The bed and sheet had stains and looked unwashed, and the TV remote was broken. I unfortunately didn't take pictures. Avoid this property.
