The room was dirty and very bad, and they wanted 2,000k INR for it. They also said the booking site price was lower just to attract guests, then at check-in demanded another 900-1,000 INR. Pay more or cancel and seek a refund through the site, they said. It wasted my time. I felt this place was unsafe for women, and the reception person and staff acted like goons.

Late at night, someone knocked on the door and nobody at reception responded when I contacted them. I felt the place was unsafe for women. Staff behaved badly and the service was very poor. They kept making excuses instead of accepting their mistakes. It’s a cheap place, but don’t waste your money or get caught out. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I think OYO should delist properties like this.

The room itself was good and the staff member was polite, but he charged us extra for the same room I had booked.
