Comfort BNB

I stayed here for almost 6-7 months, and my experience was really bad. My tiffin disappeared, and the owner rudely refused to check the main entrance CCTV, even though it could have helped identify who took it. The washroom taps only let water out drop by drop, and neither the owner nor the servant made sure rooms were cleaned properly. There was no filtered water. They filled used water bottles and gave them to customers. This is the worst PG I've seen for services. If anyone doubts that I stayed there, I can show my agreement with the owner's signature. Please improve these problems.

The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and the property is kept clean. The family is warm and courteous, and happy to suggest places to eat and visit. It's centrally located within walking distance of AIIMS, Thyagraj Stadium, NBCC business centre, and Ansal Plaza. I'd highly recommend it for a business or vacation visit.

One of the best parts of this peaceful B&B in busy New Delhi is the grand neem tree in the courtyard. I loved sitting under its shade with tea and a breeze; it gave the place a soothing, almost magical feel. The central location suits both business and leisure, and the rooms were spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully set up, with soft linens and well stocked amenities. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning with local and continental choices, and the Wi-Fi was great. The owner's warm hospitality made the stay memorable. I was welcomed with a smile, and they were attentive and keen to make me comfortable. They suggested places to visit, arranged transportation, and made time for a meaningful conversation. One evening, after I returned from exploring, the owner prepared fresh masala chai and shared stories about the city's history and culture. Every interaction felt kind and thoughtful, more like being in a friend's home than a B&B. I'll definitely return, and left with wonderful memories of this hidden gem.

The B&B is close to Sarojini market, and the rooms were affordable. We stayed four days, and each evening the room and bathroom had been cleaned, the sheets changed, and the dustbin cleared. The older couple who own it have maintained it really well, with high standards for hygiene and cleanliness. Hot water is available 24*7, and beautiful plants decorate the stairs and corridors. Service was outstanding. Definitely recommend!
