The water bottle they gave me had a broken seal and no label, so it looked like it had already been used. The room was unhygienic, with stained, torn sheets, and the bathrooms smelled bad and were poorly kept. Hot water came and went, and there were rodents around. Easily the worst place to stay in Acharya Niketan. If you can afford IIDM, Holiday Inn, or even an Airbnb, stay there instead. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff were rude whenever we asked for help, had no basic manners, and seemed completely unprofessional. Service was very slow and careless, and nobody took responsibility when there was a problem. It was my worst stay ever. Avoid this hotel.

I woke up to a rat running around the room. Even before that, the toilets were disgusting. If hygiene matters to you, this place isn’t for you.

The area and atmosphere were great, and I enjoyed my stay. The rooms, though, weren’t as good as we expected. The TV, drawers, and other things weren’t in great shape.

The location is good, but my family and I had a terrible stay. The rooms were very dirty, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the fan didn’t work properly. The AC either didn’t work or stayed at 30 degrees, and you couldn’t adjust its temperature yourself. There’s no lift. The manager was rude and asked for 4800 Rs. for a stay of less than 11 hours. An autowala brought me straight to this hotel, and it turned out to be one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Don’t trust the 5-star ratings, they could be from friends and family. Only stay here if you want a bad experience. Not recommended. My ratings: location 4/5, rooms 2/5, or 0/5 for the price; AC 1/5; service 1/5; behaviour -1/5; price 8/5.
