Delhi Bed and Breakfast

My memories of Delhi will always be sweet thanks to Delhi BnB. I felt at home in the lovely sunroom and green garden, reading 'The forbidden daughter' with Aasha and her brother beside me. I’m so glad I got to share breakfast with your daughter-in-law and nephew. Thank you, Mr Pervez and Lubna, for opening your beautiful home to us. We truly treasure our time together, the warm conversations, delicious meals and morning walk with Mr Pervez.

Breakfast was the best we had at any of the hotels we stayed in during our time in India. The other guests and the family joined us at the kitchen table, where there was a great choice: Indian food, bread, toast, cereal, eggs made scrambled or as an omelette, plus juice, tea or coffee. We were on the top floor and had a little terrace. The room had a TV, tea and coffee, water and Wi-Fi, along with two very comfortable twin beds and wonderful pillows. The area is a gated community, so we felt very safe, and we loved the experience of staying in an Indian family home.

Lubna and Pervez were so kind, making us a splendid breakfast and sharing lovely conversations about India, travel and life. It felt much nicer to stay with local people than in an anonymous big hotel, and I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in Delhi. The B&B is in a safe, well-centered area. Rooms have everything you need, including good beds and a very nice shower. There’s a splendid rooftop, plus a garden downstairs where you can relax.

We enjoyed our four nights with Lubna and Pervez, spread over two visits. They’re lovely hosts, generous with their time and advice, and we highly recommend the accommodation.
