From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and could relax. The staff looked after everything really well, and the atmosphere made for a refreshing escape. I liked it here.

Getting hot water for a shower meant having it brought up in a bucket, and the other basics were lacking too. The place was otherwise pathetic. Many amenities listed online weren't available, with staff saying that was a sales strategy. At least, Rajendra Place Metro station is nearby, which makes travel convenient.
