The hotel was changed without asking me, and the Fab staff were arrogant. The rooms were dirty, and the TV didn’t work. For dinner, the staff gave me no choice beyond daal makhni and alloo gobhi. I ordered only aloo prataha for breakfast, but they charged me for the item. They also charged for a brush and shaving kit. Pathetic service. I’m asking for a FULL REFUND because this was harassment. Neither I nor my references will stay at a Fab property again.

Silver Oak Hotel worked well for business: my colleagues and I stayed there for 3 days, and our rooms had proper desks, chairs, and the things we needed. It felt like being at home, with a lot of comfort and care in the details. I was impressed, and my stay was perfect.

Before turning in around 10 PM, I ordered Masala Dosa, and was surprised by how crisp it was, with plenty of sambhar and chutney. At checkout they served sattu parath, which made me want to come back with my family for that homely stay and good food. I was here for 4 nights. The room was spacious and had a balcony, the laundry was neat and clean, and the hot breakfast each morning was a good start to the day. The staff were very well behaved. I’d recommend giving this place a try.

We really liked the convenient location near major attractions and the delicious breakfast each morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff at SILVER OAK were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

We were there for just 2 days, but the clean rooms and exceptional customer service made an impression. The food was tasty too. It feels like a luxury oasis in the heart of Dwarka, New Delhi. I’ll come back with friends next time.
