The location is decent, though rather secluded from the city. The morning reception guy was courteous and well behaved, but the evening receptionist seemed uninterested, didn’t answer questions, and stayed busy watching YouTube. There were cobwebs in the rooms and the towels were dirty. This feels like a couple friendly hotel, not one meant for families.

Mr. Rajesh Yadav, the Front Desk Manager at FabHotel, made the place feel welcoming and comfortable. He behaves excellently and communicates with guests very politely. His professional, courteous manner stood out.

The area felt unsafe and uncomfortable to walk around at night, and the location wasn’t great. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom had a bad smell. Staff were unresponsive and the hospitality was lacking. The poor service and location overshadowed the decent room at Fab Hotel Taguan Inn.
